К настоящему времени практически во всех сферах человеческой жизни своё проявление нашли различные процессы цифровизации. Однако социальные процессы зачастую не успевают за экспоненциальным ускорением технологического прогресса, а соответствующие общественные трансформации происходят несвоевременно. Формирующиеся в стихийных условиях правила, нормы и принципы устройства общества оказываются не актуальными, поскольку с каждым годом влияние цифровизации на социум не только увеличивается, но распространяется на те сферы окружающей реальности, где до недавнего времени, применение цифровых технологий не представлялось возможным. В условиях современного российского общества процессы активного распространения цифровых технологий оказывают наибольшее влияние на модификацию института образования и рынка труда. Цель статьи заключается в определении общих тенденций модификации института образования и рынка труда в условиях цифровизации российского общества. Реализация исследовательских задач была достигнута на основе анализа основных теоретических и эмпирических данных, полученных в ходе проведения социологического исследования. Методологический потенциал включает общие и частные методы научного исследования: анализ документов, анкетный опрос, сравнение и теоретическое моделирование, а также группировка, типологизация и ранжирование первичных социологических данных. Исследованы взгляды респондентов на влияние процесса цифровизации, рассмотрены ключевые причины, а также основные положительные и отрицательные стороны ускорения процесса цифровизации. Изучение рынка труда и рынка образования в условиях цифровизации общества позволяет выявить тенденцию развития этого процесса и влияние на современные процессы жизнедеятельности. The relevance of the article is due to the fact that the last few decades have been marked by the emergence and rapid development of digital technologies. Nowadays, various processes of digitalization have found their manifestation in almost all spheres of human life. However, social processes often do not keep up with the exponential acceleration of technological progress, and the corresponding social transformations occur untimely. The rules, norms and principles of society that are formed in natural conditions are not relevant, because every year the impact of digitalization on society not only increases, but extends to those areas of the surrounding reality where, until recently, the use of digital technologies was not possible. In the conditions of modern Russian society, the processes of active dissemination of digital technologies have the greatest impact on the modification of the institute of education and the labor market. The purpose of the study is to determine the general trends in the modification of the institute of education and the labor market in the conditions of digitalization of Russian society. The implementation of research tasks was achieved on the basis of the analysis of the main theoretical and empirical data obtained during the sociological research. Methodological potential includes general and particular methods of scientific research: document analysis, questionnaire survey, comparison and theoretical modeling, as well as grouping, typologization, and ranking of primary sociological data. The respondents' views on the impact of the digitalization process are investigated, the key reasons are considered, as well as the main positive and negative sides of the acceleration of the digitalization process. The study of the labor market and the education market in the conditions of digitalization of society allows us to identify the trend of development of this process and the impact on modern life processes." @default.
