- W4384070612 abstract "In the present study, MXene/metal-organic framework (MOF(ZIF-67)) nanocomposite was prepared using co-precipitation process at room temperature and its performance for flutamide detection in biological samples was investigated. The sensing ability of the modified electrode was explored with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry techniques. With respect to the electrocatalytic ability of ZIF-67 and excellent electrical conductivity of MXene nanosheets, the suggested sensor illustrated significant sensitivity in the measuring of the anti-cancer drug. The established electrochemical system displayed a low detection limit of 0.015 µM using differential pulse voltammetry procedure at the optimum conditions. Besides, the derived electrode showed diverse advantages including good selectivity, acceptable reproducibility, high stability, wide calibration range (0.05 to 70 µM), short analysis time and convenience for flutamide analysis. Interestingly, the efficiency of the proposed platform remains unchanged in analysis of flutamide in body fluids with complex matrices." @default.
