- W4384154249 abstract "ABSTRACTABSTRACTKnowledge sharing between cooperative partners is the key to the success of cooperative innovation projects (CIPs). Understanding the knowledge sharing behaviour of cooperative partners is conducive to the development of cooperative innovation project management. From the perspective of cooperative partners, this study explores the effects of the status of cooperative partners on knowledge sharing behaviour, as well as the moderating effects of task complexity in CIPs. Based on a survey of 174 CIPs, the research results show that the status of cooperative partners has a positive impact on both explicit and tacit knowledge sharing behaviours. Meanwhile, task complexity positively moderates the impact of the status of the cooperative partners on explicit and tacit knowledge-sharing behaviours. Thus, this study provides a cooperative partner's subjective perspective on cooperative behaviour of CIPs.KEYWORDS: Cooperative innovation projectstatus of cooperative partnersknowledge sharing behaviourtask complexity Disclosure statementNo potential conflict of interest was reported by the author(s).Additional informationFundingThis work was supported by the New Liberal Arts Fund of University of Science and Technology of China [grant number 72204243]; New Liberal Arts Fund of University of Science and Technology of China [grant number FSSF-A-230317]; Humanities and Social Science Research Project of the Ministry of Education of China [grant number 20YJC630138]; the Fundamental Research Funding for Central Universities of China [grant number WK2040000023]; Anhui Natural Science Foundation [grant number 2008085QG345].Notes on contributorsWenpei FangWenpei Fang, PhD student of Business School of University of Science and Technology of China.
