ICSAM’23 reached its third edition and was held at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques in the city of Errachidia, the capital of the Daraa-Tafilalet region located in the south-west of Morocco. Conference subjects were split into eight sections:Software engineering;Artificial intelligence;Big data analytics;Natural language processing;Blockchain Internet of Things (IoT);Cloud computing;Computer vision;Image processing;Modeling and simulation;Scientific computing and algorithms;Numbers, combinatorics, codes, and cryptography;Systems theory, optimization, and optimal control;Numerical and scientific analysis;Applications in the sciences.During this edition, we attended two conferences, the first in the field of artificial intelligence and the second in the field of mathematics, specifically the theme of graph theory, as well as two parallel sessions for the presentation of the various accepted articles.In submitting conference proceedings to Computer Sciences and Mathematics Forum, we certify to the publisher that all papers published in this volume have been subjected to peer review administered by the volume editors.
