- W4384284009 abstract "Herein, physically transient threshold switching (TS) devices with non-ideal factors for image compression and encryption computing with perfect security were demonstrated. Gaussian conductivity distribution in high resistance states (HRS) of the TS memristors was used as measurement matrix to realize compressed sensing (CS). Subsequently, the bitstream generated by the randomly distributed threshold voltage (V th ) was regarded as the key to diffuse the ciphertext from CS, which can eliminate the plaintext leakage vulnerability. The TS devices improved the efficiency and security of data transmission. More importantly, the electrical feature and physical disappearance of the transient TS devices completely triggered failure after being immersed in deionized (DI) water for 5 and 50 min, respectively. These results reveal that the transient TS memristors are promising for secure electronics, compression and encryption computing." @default.
