- W4384302092 abstract "The current study purported to investigate the effects of the generation MZ Taekwondo practitoners’ perceived service quality on participation satisfaction and training continuation intention. In order to achieve the study purpose, we collected 212(96.3%) questionnaires from generation MZ Taekwondo practitioners enrolling one of 10 Taekwondo gyms loacted in Ul-San area in South Korea. We performed several statistical analyses including descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis. The results show that the path coefficients between generation MZ Taekwondo practitioners’ perceived facility quality (t=2.782, p＜.01), instructor competency (t=2.214, p＜.05), program (t=2.441, p＜.05), and accessibility (t=2.075, p＜.05) and participation satisfaction were found to be statistically significant. Second, the path coefficient between generation MZ Taekwondo practitioners’ participation satisfaction and training continuation intention was also found to be statistically significant (t=7.417, p＜.001). The results of this study provide Taekwondo gym operators with practical information for establishing an operational strategy seeking diversification of the trainee class and expansion of the trainee pool in a competitive market environment." @default.
