Как полагают авторы, конструктивистские социологические рефлексии в раскрытии феномена «социальных проблем» сознательно сфокусированы на субъективных реконструкциях и интерсубъективных интерпретациях социальных коллизий и общественных патологий. В указанной связи социальная проблематология коррелятивна существующим в обществе практикам производства социальных знаний и общественных значений. Исследовательская цель и сопряженные с ней задачи исследования раскрываются в последовательности интеллектуальных процедур, позволяющих выявить сильные и слабые стороны конструктивистской социологической методологемы. В целом, эпистемологический статус указанной методологемы можно оценить с точки зрения высокой степени релевантности и сопряженности стандартам и принципам постнеклассческой рациональности. Специальное внимание авторы уделяют оценке возможностей и перспектив «нового прочтения» социальной проблематологии в условиях квазиустойчивого общественного развития российского социума, когда формирование мнимого социального консенсуса относительно так называемой «главной проблемы» сопровождается вытеснением из публичного дискурса всех остальных социальных вызовов и критических явлений, их радикальным «депроблематизированием». Кажется вполне очевидным, что в контексте доминирования в публичном пространстве одномерных референтных схем представления реальности сужается горизонт общественного видения и понимания социальных проблем, выхолащивается роль социального коммуницирования в формировании публичной «повестки дня», определении стратегий устранения и преодоления социальных недугов и кризисных состояний. В работе последовательно отстаивается тезис о первостепенной важности эффективного функционирования институтов гражданского общества как необходимого и достаточного условия формирования плюральной конкурентной среды в определении и фреймировании наиболее актуальных общественных проблем. The article presents a review analysis of a number of theoretical positions of social problematology in the discourse of sociological constructivism. According to the authors, constructivist sociological reflections in the disclosure of the phenomenon of «social problems» are consciously focused on subjective reconstructions and intersubjective interpretations of social collisions and social pathologies. In this connection, social problematology is correlative to the existing practices of the production of social knowledge and social values in society. The research goal and tasks associated with it are revealed in a sequence of intellectual procedures that allow identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the constructivist sociological methodology. In general, the epistemological status of this methodology can be assessed from the point of view of a high degree of relevance and accordance to the standards and principles of postnonclassical rationality. The authors pay special attention to assessing the possibilities and prospects of a «new reading» of social problematology in the conditions of quasi-stable social development of Russian society, when the formation of an imaginary social consensus on the so-called «main problem» is accompanied by the displacement from public discourse of all other social challenges and critical phenomena, their radical «deproblematization». It seems quite obvious that in the context of the dominance of one-dimensional reference schemes of reality representation in the public space, the horizon of public vision and understanding of social problems is narrowing, the role of social communication in the formation of the public “agenda” is being emasculated, strategies for eliminating and overcoming social ailments and crisis states are being determined. The thesis of the primary importance of the effective functioning of civil society institutions as a necessary and sufficient condition for the formation of a pluralistic competitive environment in determining and framing the most actual social problems is consistently defended in the work." @default.
