- W4384785425 abstract "The article provides a schematic diagram and the principle of operation of the modernized steam-power cycle, in which the condensation process of the steam spent after the steam turbine is replaced by the absorption process, as well as the principal circuit of the absorption transformer, in which similar processes occur and which is taken as a basis in the development of a circuit-cycle solution of the modernized cycle. In order to develop optimized circuit-cycle solutions of the steam-power cycle, the article carries out thermodynamic analysis of various circuit solutions of absorption cycles (a scheme with regeneration in a thermochemical compressor, with heat regeneration in the basic process, a scheme with steam reflux). The results of the analysis showed that the most optimal scheme of the absorption thermotransformer in terms of permissible complications of the scheme and efficiency is a scheme with distillation of steam and regeneration of the heat of solutions. In order to optimize the cycle efficiency, the combination of these circuit solutions was carried out and the effectiveness of the scheme was also investigated. Based on the results of determining the most effective schemes of absorption thermotransformers, long-term studies will develop optimized circuit solutions for the steam-power cycle, while taking into account the peculiarities of the functionality of absorption and steam-power cycles." @default.
