- W4384834154 abstract "53 歳，女性。2020 年 7 月に感冒症状でアセトアミノフェン（カロナール錠®）を内服後に四肢，口唇，眼瞼，陰部に色素沈着，水疱，びらんを伴う境界明瞭な紅斑が出現し当院を紹介され受診した。臨床所見および病理組織学的所見より汎発性水疱性固定薬疹（generalized bullous fixed drug eruption：GBFDE）と診断した。被疑薬の内服を中止後も症状が進行していたため，ステロイドパルス療法を施行したところ速やかに症状は改善した。アセトアミノフェンにおいて薬剤誘発性リンパ球刺激試験は陽性であったが，パッチテストは皮疹部，無疹部ともに陰性であった。GBFDE は治療反応性の良好な疾患と考えられているが，本邦での報告は少なく，海外では死亡例の報告もあるため正確な診断および，今後の症例の蓄積による治療方法の確立が必要である。" @default.
