- W4384916009 abstract "The eventual goal of modern biology has been hugely associated with understanding the structural and functional aspects of the biomolecular constituents in a cell by leveraging the advancement of integrative tools and techniques. Since this cellular system represents an ensemble of biomolecules involved in several biochemical reactions, they require deep molecular-level elucidation to study and control various molecules and macromolecules. After establishing their chemical compositions and biomolecular sequences, a step towards comprehending the molecular traits and functions is determining their 3-D structural and dynamic features. Unique aspects presented in terms of their stereo-electronic effects from quantum chemistry to mesoscale modeling through molecular mechanics and dynamics anchor the spectrum of biomolecular systems. Such methods are precise enough to complement the experimental studies providing the theoretical aspects and furnishing new information regarding the structural changes and biochemical processes. In this chapter, the details on the current status of the quantum chemical and informatics-based integrative approaches for analyzing the biomolecular system are described focusing on their applications in contemporary state-of-art research in predictive toxicology of chemicals." @default.
