Наибольшее превосходство дочерей над матерями было получено в стаде ЗАО «Куракинское» по молочной продуктивности: от 880 кг (В.Б. Айдиал) до 1360 кг молока (Р. Соверинг), по жирномолочности — от 0,02 до 0,11%, по белковомолочности — от 0,05 до 0,08% по двум линям соответственно. Коэффициент наследуемости по удоям за 305 дней лактации (n=2584) составил 0,465, по жирномолочности — 0,099, проценту белка в молоке — 0,152. Эти показатели у коров линии Р. Соверинг были существенно выше — 0,620, 0,142 и 0,240 соответственно. Правильное прикрепление быков-производителей к коровам с удоями до 7001—8000 кг молока за 305 дней 1-й лактации позволит за поколение добиться увеличения признака на 250—900 кг в зависимости от стада. Жирность молока при этом может составлять в среднем 3,95%, белковомолочност — до 3,25% и выше. Возникает необходимость совершенствования системы подбора голштинских быков-производителей в стадах с разной величиной удоев коров. The article presents the results of assessing milk productivity and heritability coefficients (h2) of breeding traits in Holstein and Black-and-White cows in five herds from the Oryol Region. Out of 2,584 animals, 1,340 belonged to the V.B. Ideal line and 1,167 belonged to the R. Sovereign line. Studies have shown that the first lactation 305-day milk yield of mothers from the herd of CJSC Slavyanskoye was 8,171 kg, that of mothers from the herd of FGBNU FNTs ZBK was 5,472 kg, that of mothers from the herd of JSC Agrofirma Mtsenskya was 7,069 kg, that of mothers from the herd of JSC OPKh Krasnaya Zvezda was 5,345 kg, that of mothers from the herd of CJSC Kurakinskoye was 5,711 kg, while the first lactation 305-day milk yield of daughters from the mentioned herds was 8,546 kg, 6,260 kg, 7,535 kg, 5,586 kg and 6,911 kg, respectively. In the herd of CJSC Kurakinskoye, daughters were superior to mothers to the greatest extent, namely, 880 (V.B. Ideal) to 1,360 (R. Sovereign) kg of milk in terms of milk productivity, 0.02 to 0.11% in terms of fat content of milk and 0.05 to 0.08% in terms of protein content of milk for two lines, respectively. The heritability coefficient (h2) for milk yield for 305 days of lactation (n=2584) was 0.465, that for fat content of milk was 0.099, and that for the percentage of protein in milk was 0.152. Cows of the R. Sovereign line demonstrated significantly higher indicators, which were 0.620, 0.142 and 0.240, respectively. Proper assignment of sires to cows with milk yield of up to 7,001 to 8,000 kg of milk in 305 days of the first lactation will make it possible to achieve an increase in the trait by 250 to 900 kg for one generation, depending on the herd. In this case, the fat content of milk can average 3.95%, and the protein content of milk can average up to 3.25% and higher. There is a need to improve the system for selecting Holstein sires in herds with different milk yields." @default.
