- W4385339882 abstract "The stress-strain state of the elements of vehicle parts, structures and facilities of the transportation infrastructure in the areas with wedge-shape boundary notches, slits is characterized by arising of stress concentration zones, making it necessary to assess the strength of such items, and being a vital problem of the engineering calculation practice. A theoretical analysis of the stress-strain state of wedge-shape boundary notch areas generally consists of the study of power singularity solutions of the elasticity theory problem for model areas: wedges, cones. For such zones, the notion of the stress or strain concentrations in an irregular point of the area boundary has no sense. In this paper, proper values and proper solutions of the plane elasticity theory problem for combined wedge vertex area are analyzed. For different variants of zero boundary conditions, transcendental equations were derived, for which minimum values of the effective part of the root, smaller units, dependent on the wedge apex angle and the Poisson ratio of the material are determined and analyzed." @default.
