This research aims to examine the impact of health education about DM diet by leaflet medium on knowledge and blood sugar levels among DM patients in the Pabuaran Mekar Village, West Java Province. Quasi Experiment Research Design With One Group Without Control Group Pre And Post Test. The sample size for this research is 30 participants. The sampling approach employs Purposive Sampling. The research instrument comprised of a questionnaire on DM diet knowledge and a glucometer. Data were evaluated using the Wilcoxon test to determine the impact of leaflets on knowledge and blood sugar levels because leaflets are not typically disseminated. The Wilcoxon test findings for dietary knowledge and blood sugar levels had a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05). Knowledge and blood sugar levels in the Pabuaran Mekar Village, West Java Province, are affected by health education about the dm diet disseminated using leaflet medium. Angka-angka ini menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi diabetes pada populasi di atas usia 15 tahun telah meningkat sejak 2013. Salah satu upaya promotif adalah dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan pada masyarakat mengenai diabetes. Pendidikan kesehatan melalui leaflet menjadi salah satu tindakan untuk mengukur penurunan gula darah pada pasien DM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui media leaflet tentang diet dm terhadap pengetahuan dan kadar gula darah pada pasien DM di wilayah Kelurahan Pabuaran Mekar Provinsi Jawa Barat. Desain penelitian quasi experiment dengan one group pre test and post test design without control group. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian terdiri dari kuesioner pengetahuan diet dm dan glukometer. Data di analisis menggunakan wilcoxon untuk mengetahui pengaruh leaflet terhadap pengetahuan dan untuk kadar gula darah karena tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji wilcoxon pengetahuan tentang diet dm dan kadar gula darah dengan nilai p 0,000 (p<0,05). Adanya pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui media leaflet tentang diet dm terhadap pengetahuan dan kadar gula darah di wilayah Kelurahan Pabuaran Mekar Provinsi Jawa Barat.
