- W4385608506 abstract "Bozhong B gas field is a fractured Archean buried hill gas reservoir located in Bohai Bay. The reserves of B buried hill gas field are mainly concentrated in the weathered zone reservoir. However, the thickness of the weathered zone reservoir varies greatly and the heterogeneity is strong. Therefore, the fractures prediction of weathered zone is very important for the gas field development. On account of these problems, a set of comprehensive prediction methods for buried hill weathering zone is proposed in this paper. Based on the geological, seismic and logging data, as well as the genetic mechanism of buried hill weathering zone, the relationship between relative height of paleogeomorphology and the weathering zone gross thickness is firstly established. Then the gross thickness of weathering zone is quantitatively predicted. Next, the thickness of fractured reservoir in weathering zone is quantitatively predicted by using prestack inversion technology by analyzing the petrophysical sensitive elastic parameters of fractured reservoir. At the same time, based on the optimization of fracture sensitive seismic attributes, the fracture density is also quantitatively predicted by using multi-attribute machine learning technology. Finally, the fracture direction is obtained via azimuthal anisotropic fracture prediction technology. The comprehensive application of fractured reservoir prediction technology has realized the prediction of thickness distribution, favorable fracture development area and fracture orientation of weathered zone reservoir. The results are in good agreement with actual drilling, which provides an important basis for reserve quality evaluation and development well design in weathering zone of the gas field." @default.
