- W4385688523 abstract "薬剤耐性（AMR）対策は世界的な公衆衛生上の課題であり，日本でも2016年に薬剤耐性（AMR）対策アクションプランが策定された．アクションプランに基づく活動のうちサーベイランスは大きく進歩しており，医療機関や地域におけるAMR対策に必要な情報にアクセスしやすくなっている．医療現場において抗菌薬がしばしば不適切に使用されている現状を受け，抗菌薬適正使用を推進する仕組みや資材の開発も進んでいる．これらの取り組みの成果もあって日本における抗菌薬使用量が減少していると考えられる．一方，新薬の開発はまだ不十分であり，既存抗菌薬の供給にも不安が生じている．ワンヘルス・アプローチを推進し，国際協力を重視しながら引き続きAMR対策に取り組んでいく必要がある．次期アクションプランではこれまでの成果を踏まえた成果指標を設定し，医療現場や一般市民の理解を得ながらAMR対策をさらに発展させていくことが望まれる．" @default.
