- W4386054276 abstract "粘着物性と導電性を両立した導電性粘着剤の設計を目的とし，粘着物性を維持させる観点から高いアスペクト比を有する多層カーボンナノチューブ（ MWCNT） を用いてより少量で高い導電性を得るための影響因子を調査した。ウレタン系（ PU） およびアクリル系（ PA） を含む20 種類の溶剤系粘着剤に添加した結果，特にMWCNT と粘着剤の表面自由エネルギーの分散成分（ γsd） の差が大きい程，MWCNT 同士が凝集・連結して高い導電性が得られた。またPU と粘着付与樹脂（ TF） を混合した海島型相分離構造を有する粘着剤においては，特にMWCNT と親和性の高いTF が海相となる配合比にてMWCNT が効率よくネットワークを形成し低抵抗を示した。 これらの知見を活用し，シリル化ウレタン系粘着剤をベースとして1.00wt％以下のMWCNT 添加量で20N/25mm 以上の強粘着力と104Ω/sq. 以下の表面抵抗率を達成した導電性粘着剤を設計した。" @default.
