• W4386092317 abstract "Gonadotropin hormones in form of 400 iu of PMSG + 200 iu of HCG were given to anestrus or delayed oestrus sows after weaning and to anestrus replacement gilts (Landrace x Large White). The animals were divided into a treated group (sows, n = 20 and gilts, n = 17), and a control group (sows, n = 5 and gilts, n = 4). The control group was given an injection of 5 ml of Phosphate Buffer Saline. Oestrus was observed daily (a.m/p.m) for ten days after injection. The interval between oestrus and injection and the conception rate at 21, 42 and 63 days were recorded. Eighty percent (16/20) of treated sows and eighty two point four percents (14/17) of treated gilts responded to the treatment while no oestrus was observed in the control group. Approximately eighty percent of treated animals showed estrus within four to five days after injection. The conception rates of served sows and gilts was 100% (16/16) and 100% (13/13) at 21 days, 100% (16/16) and 92.3% (12/13) at 42 days, 87.5% (14/16) and 84.6% (11/13) at 63 days respectively. The study showed that gonadotropin could be used to solve the problem of anestrus in postweaning sows and replacement gilts.(ศึกษาผลของการให้ฮอร์โมนโกนาโดโทรปินเพื่อกระตุ้นการเป็นสัดในแม่สุกรที่ไม่เป็นสัด หรือเป็นสัดช้าหลังหย่านม จำนวน 25 ตัว และสุกรสาวที่ไม่เป็นสัด จำนวน 21 ตัว แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทรีตเมนต์ (แม่สุกร n = 20, สุกรสาว n = 17) และกลุ่มควบคุม (แม่สุกร n = 5, สุกรสาว n = 4) กลุ่มทรีตเมนต์ได้รับการฉีดฮอร์โมนโกนาโดโทรปินชนิด พี เอ็ม เอส จี และ เอส ซี จี ในอัตราส่วน 400 : 200 ไอยู เข้าใต้ผิวหนัง ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการฉีดฟอสเฟต บัฟเฟอร์ ซาไลน์ ในปริมาตรเท่ากับกลุ่มทรีตเมนต์ ตรวจการเป็นสัดทุกวัน (เช้า/เย็น) หลังฉีด เป็นเวลานาน 10 วัน และตรวจการผสมติดหลังผสม 21, 42 และ 63 วัน พบว่าแม่สุกรในกลุ่มทรีตเมนต์เป็นสัดหลังฉีดฮอร์โมน เท่ากับ 80% (16/20) ส่วนสุกรสาวเป็นสัด เท่ากับ 82.4%(14/17) โดยประมาณ 80% เป็นสัดภายใน 4-5 วันหลังฉีด ส่วนสุกรในกลุ่มควบคุมไม่แสดงการเป็นสัดเลย อัตราการผสมติดในแม่สุกรและสุกรสาวที่ได้รับการผสมที่ 21 วัน เท่ากับ 100% (16/16) และ 100%(13/13) ที่ 42 วัน เท่ากับ 100%(16/16) และ 92.3%(12/13) ที่ 63 วัน เท่ากับ 87.5%(14/16) และ 82.6%(11/13) ตามลำดับ จากการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า ฮอร์โมนโกนาโดโทรปินสามารถใช้แก้ปัญหาการไม่เป็นสัดในแม่สุกรหลังหย่านมและสุกรสาวได้)" @default.
