The kilogram CNT-TA-Ag nanocomposite structure is prepared by a simple and green method. The tannic acid-silver nanoparticles (TA-Ag NPs) can be effectively attached to CNTs to form a coating structure owing to non-covalent interaction. The photothermal conversion performance of the CNT-TA-Ag nanocomposite structure is systematically evaluated from the following four aspects: stability, temperature control, response rate, and synergistic effect. The CNT-TA-Ag nanocomposite exhibits excellent stability and high photothermal response rate (about 14 °C/s under 0.5 W laser irradiation), which can be ascribed to the synergistic effect of Ag nanoparticles and CNTs by carrier's micro-transport process. The forming process and photothermal mechanism of CNT-TA-Ag nanocomposite are analyzed in detail." @default.
