- W4386210804 abstract "症例は64歳の男性で，人間ドッグの上部内視鏡検査で2 cm大の胃粘膜下腫瘍を指摘された．Endo-scopic ultrasonographyでは第4層由来の腫瘍でgastrointestinal stromal tumorが疑われたがfine-needle aspirationでは診断がつかず，診断的治療目的で腹腔鏡下に切除を行った．腫瘍は亜有茎性の胃壁外性であり，自動縫合器を用いて切離した．病理組織検査では，腫瘍は固有筋層と連続して漿膜下に増殖しており，硝子化した膠原繊維を伴う紡錘形細胞の増殖と一部に石灰化および炎症細胞の浸潤がみられた．紡錘形細胞は免疫組織染色検査でvimentinが陽性であったが，CD34，c-kit，α-smooth muscle actin，desmin，S-100は全て陰性で，石灰化線維性腫瘍（calcifying fibrous tumor；以下，CFTと略記）と診断した．現在術後1年再発なく経過している．胃壁原発のCFTの報告は極めてまれである．" @default.
