- W4386285005 abstract "Damage to the blood vessels in the retina due to diabetes is called diabetic retinopathy. The inability to keep blood sugar levels under control. Variations in retinal blood vessels several in-depth clinical studies have examined the anatomy and evolution of diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. This research presents an algorithm for the detection and categorization of dark and bright lesions associated with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Exudates and cotton wool patches in bright lesions, and microaneurysms and hemorrhages in dark lesions, are used by a multilayered perceptron to differentiate between the two types of lesions. Which one may be utilized with high-resolution fundus photographs. Using a database created by Manoj Saswade and Neha Deshpande, our technique achieves a true positive rate of 96.8%, a false positive rate of 0%, and an accuracy score of 0.9989 after reprocessing the fundus image." @default.
