- W4386318042 abstract "大阪ボイスセンターにおける, 2004～2021年の18年間の喉頭微細手術2,313件について報告する. 性比は, 女性1,230件 (53.3%), 男性1,083件 (46.8%) と女性にやや多く, 最年少は11歳, 最高齢は89歳, 平均年齢は47.5歳であった. 主な疾患の内訳は, 声帯ポリープ1,074件, 声帯嚢胞244件, 声帯麻痺211件, 声帯結節190件, ポリープ様声帯164件, 喉頭乳頭腫156件であり, 疾患別の性比や年齢分布をはじめ, 職業性や再手術率などについて報告する. これまでの諸家の報告と比較し検討した結果, 特に女性に多いという特徴があり, 悪性腫瘍の割合が低く, 声帯嚢胞が多い傾向にあった. その要因として, 対象となる施設が地域の中核病院や大学病院など, それぞれの施設の特色により傾向に差が表れたと考えられた. 今回の結果を踏まえた上で, 各疾患の喉頭微細手術における手術適応などについても考察を加えた." @default.
