- W4386336502 abstract "The COVID-19 incidents have severely harmed the economy, affecting families, organizations, monetary foundations, and framework organizations all at the same time. As a result, virtually all countries have experienced a financial crisis in the building industry, resulting in joblessness. If building work continues, the economic downturn and joblessness will be alleviated. This study also explains how building work may be continued in the current situation. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was designed to characterize and quantify the influence of various construction sources. This study proved that SEM can quantify the full network of connections between the components under consideration. Furthermore, due to COVID-19, SEM has a high potential for resolving experience-based challenges in the construction industry. A theoretical structural equation model has been developed to describe the effect of four significant latent components on the effects of COVID-19. To further define and analyze the model, data from a questionnaire survey and personal interviews was used, providing 152 valid responses from clients, contractors, and designers or architects." @default.
