• W4386403934 abstract "AbstrakLatar Belakang: Pelayanan kesehatan memiliki peranan penting sebagai sarana distribusi kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Pelayanan kesehatan di Desa Loji saat ini bisa dikatakan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan layanan kesehatan yang baik, faktor geografis pun mendukung karena keberadaan Desa Loji yang tidak jauh dari puskesmas atau Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten. Akan tetapi masyarakat pada umumnya lebih memilih bersalin di rumah dengan bantuan dukun beranak.Tujuan: untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pemilihan dukun bayi dalam pertolongan persalinan oleh masyarakat di kecamatan kulisusu kabupaten buton utara. berdasarkan pengetahuan, sikap, budaya, biaya persalin, dan dukungan keluarga.Metode: Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan studi kasus (case study), dianalisis dengan metode content analysis kemudian diinterprestasikan dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari segi pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Loji terutama ibu-ibu hamil tentang kesehatan dan persalinan masih sangat minim. Sikap ibu hamil Desa Loji lebih memilih dukun beranak dalam persalinan karena lebih percaya dan sejak awal kehamilan mereka sudah di kontrol oleh dukun dan pelayanan yang di berikan dukun lebih sesuai dengan sistem sosial budaya yang ada. Sudah menjadi kebiasaan lama yang di anggap sudah dilakukan oleh para pendahulu atau orang tua kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap dukun di peroleh secara turun temurun. Biaya pembayaran kepada dukun beranak tergolong murah sebab dukun beranak tidak menentukan tarif berapa yang harus dibayar karena semua tergantung dari kemampuan dan kerelaan dari narasumber atau keluarga ibu yang bersalin. Dan dalam memilih penolong persalinan selalu ditentukan secara musyawarah, dan keluarga sangat mendukung kalau persalinannya ditolong oleh dukun bayi sebab sudah menjadi kebiasaan secara turun temurun dari dulu-dulu.Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi ibu hamil di desa Loji dalam memilih persalinan kategori sangat buruk, lebih memilih dukun dari pada tenaga kesehatan (Bidan) hal disebabkan karena pengetahuan yang kurang, kebiasaan dan kesepakatan keluarga serta biaya proses persalinan dengan biaya terjangkau. Health services in Loji Village can currently be said to be able to meet community needs for good health services, geographic factors are also supportive because of the existence of Loji Village which is not far from the puskesmas or District General Hospital. However, people in general prefer to give birth at home with the help of a traditional birth attendant.Purpose: to find out the description of the selection of a traditional birth attendant in childbirth assistance by the community in Kulisusu sub-district, North Buton district. based on knowledge, attitudes, culture, maternity costs, and family support.Methods: The research design used was a case study, analyzed by content analysis method then interpreted and presented in a narrative form.Results: The results showed that in terms of knowledge of the people of Loji Village, especially pregnant women, about health and childbirth was still very minimal. The attitudes of pregnant women in Loji Village prefer dukun beranak in childbirth because they have more trust and since the beginning of their pregnancy they have been controlled by the dukun and the services provided by the dukun are more in accordance with the existing socio-cultural system. It is an old custom that is considered to have been practiced by predecessors or parents. The community's trust in shamans has been passed down from generation to generation. The cost of paying the dukun beranak is cheap because the dukun beranak does not determine what rates to pay because it all depends on the ability and willingness of the source or the mother's family to give birth. And in choosing a birth attendant it is always determined by deliberation, and the family is very supportive if the birth is assisted by a traditional birth attendant because it has become a habit from generation to generation.Conclusion: The conclusion in this study shows that the perception of pregnant women in Loji village in choosing a delivery in a very bad category, preferring a dukun to a health worker (midwife) due to lack of knowledge, habits and family agreement and the cost of the delivery process at affordable costs" @default.
