Indonesia is recorded as being on the list of 30 countries with the highest burden of tuberculosis and is in the top 3 in the world with the most sufferers after India and China in 2021. Tuberculosis is also still the highest cause of death after HIV/AIDS. This study aims to determine how the factors are related to the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis at the Jatiasih Health Center, Bekasi City.This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Jatiasih Health Center, Bekasi City, from November to December 2022. The population in this study were patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at the Jatiasih Health Center, Bekasi City, with a total of 139 samples taken using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data collection process used medical record measuring instruments, weight scales, microtose, and structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test to determine the relationship between variables. The results of this study showed that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status (p-value = 0.035) and environment (p-value = 0.012) with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis, there was no significant relationship between a history of comorbidities (p-value = 0.665) with the incidence pulmonary tuberculosis. Factors that influence the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Jatiasih Health Center, Bekasi City, are nutritional status and the environment. Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu dari penyebab kematian di seluruh dunia. Indonesia tercatat berada pada daftar 30 negara dengan beban tuberkulosis tertinggi dan masuk 3 besar di dunia dengan penderita terbanyak setelah negara India dan China pada tahun 2021. Tuberkulosis juga masih menjadi penyebab kematian tertinggi setelah HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Jatiasih Kota Bekasi. ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Jatiasih Kota Bekasi pada bulan November-Desember 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Jatiasih Kota Bekasi dengan sampel berjumlah 139 sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Proses pengambilan data menggunakan alat ukur rekam medik,timbangan berat badan, microtoise, dan kuesioner terstruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi (nilai p = 0,035) dan lingkungan (nilai p = 0,012) dengan kejadian tuberkulosis paru, tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan pada riwayat penyakit penyerta (nilai p = 0,665) dengan kejadian tuberkulosis paru. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Jatiasih Kota Bekasi adalah status gizi dan lingkungan.
