- W4386449752 abstract "摘要： 【摘要】 目的 分析环钻微小组织提升治疗痤疮瘢痕术后的不良反应。方法 收集2020年6月至2021年3月于空军军医大学西京皮肤医院行环钻治疗的中重度痤疮瘢痕患者27例。术中给予患者浸润麻醉，术后予拉力胶包扎、冷敷、防水等护理；分别于术后即刻、3、7、14、21、30、60 d进行电话及面诊随访，总结术中疼痛数字分级评分、术后肿胀持续时间、红斑持续时间、炎症后色素沉着发生率等。结果 27例患者痤疮瘢痕严重程度评分（77.76 ± 43.76）分，局部浸润麻醉后术中疼痛数字分级评分为（3.75 ± 2.95）分，术后肿胀持续时间为（3.42 ± 2.43） d，红斑持续时间为（4.74 ± 3.25）周，红斑持续时间与痤疮瘢痕严重程度评分不相关（r2 = 0.018，P = 0.449）。术后2例发生炎症后色素沉着，无局部感染及爆发性痤疮发生。患者满意度为100%（27/27）。结论 环钻治疗痤疮瘢痕术后主要不良反应为肿胀、红斑，1个月左右均能自行恢复。" @default.
