- W4386486314 abstract "InP based quantum dots are an excellent candidate for replacing Cd-based, Pb-based and other heavy metal quantum dots (QDs) in areas such as displays and solid state lighting. In this paper, we use a safer, more environment friendly and inexpensive aminophosphine as a phosphorus precursor and employ a simple one-pot method to synthesize InP based quantum dots. In particular, the synthesis of narrow full width at half maximum (FWHM 37 nm), bright and efficient green InP/ZnSeS/ZnS quantum dots was achieved by adjusting the thickness of ZnS layer." @default.
