The knowledge was high among the participants about consumption of moringa and Colocasialeaves. Colocasia leaves are rich in protein, complementing the high carbohydrate content of the tubers.The leaves of Colocasia esculenta are rich in minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins like vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin. The nutritional and anti-nutritional components of taro are essential for maintaining food security and promoting rural development." @default.
