By taking into account the influence of boundary layer effects and microscale phenomena on fluid flow, a fractal model is derived to determine the efficient permeability of fluid flow in rough dense porous media. The connection between effective permeability and relative roughness and pore microstructure structure is discussed. It is revealed that the effective permeability exhibits an inverse proportionality to the relative roughness and viscosity, while concurrently displaying a direct proportionality to the pore fractal dimension. Furthermore, through the validation of experimental data and a comparative analysis with existing research models, it is evident that the model studied in this paper aligns more closely with real-world conditions." @default.
