The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of Job Performance Ability of social workers on service quality and to verify whether self-efficacy has a mediating effect in this relationship. To achieve this research purpose, 223 social workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed through researchers who were educated for about two months from November 1 to December 31, 2021. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the Job Performance Ability of social workers had a positive (+) influence on the quality of service. Second, it was found that the Job Performance Ability of social workers had a positive (+) effect on self-efficacy. Third, it was found that the self-efficacy of social workers had a positive (+) influence on the quality of service. Fourth, self-efficacy had a mediating effect in the relationship between the Job Performance Ability and service quality of social workers. The implications are meaningful in that the study suggests factors affecting the quality of social welfare services perceived by social workers at the site of social welfare practice, and proved the mediating effect of self-efficacy as a way to improve the quality of social welfare services." @default.
