A model is proposed for the expected increase in profitability for an entrepreneur in the process of building the configuration of the internal business ecosystem, taking into account the development of his own enterprise, the likelihood of its successful alignment, as well as the costs of finding and analyzing suitable business ecosystems, the costs of acquiring and maintaining the internal business ecosystem being built. ecosystem, the cost of integrating and pairing existing software products and technologies with business ecosystems on unified digital platforms that are part of the built-in configuration of the internal business ecosystem. The effects of the successful use of the configuration of the internal business ecosystem are described, taking into account the peculiarities of the development of one's own enterprise: an increase in the number of customers, growth in sales and profits, acceleration of business processes, reduction in the cost of finding additional customers, an increase in the speed of obtaining management information to make timely operational decisions on improving business performance.
