- W4386629825 abstract "Herein a novel electrochemical sensor based on NaTaO3 (NTO) nanoparticles (NPs) immobilized modified GCE is fabricated for sensitive and selective determination of dopamine in the presence of Ascorbic acid. The perovskite NTO NPs were synthesized from the facile hydrothermal method. The structural morphology and characterization of NTO NPs were examined by using powder XRD, FT-IR, UV-DRS, SEM, elemental mapping, EDS, and HR-TEM analysis. NTO NPs showed a fantastic synergistic impact on the electrochemical sensing of dopamine (DA) at very low concentrations. Under optimum conditions, The NTO NPs/MGCE exhibited good linear properties in the concentration range from 5×10-7 M to 5 µM for the quantitative analysis of DA with a limit of detection 0.17µM. The developed NTO NPs/MGCE could provide a new platform for the routine study of DA and Ascorbic acid (AA) due to its outstanding reproducibility and repeatability, good anti-interference ability, and the sensor was used to measure the amount of DA in commercial DA injection solutions with recoveries ranged from 99–103%." @default.
