- W4386740116 abstract "ABSTRACTGraphene quantum dot (GQD) and carbon quantum dot (CQD) nanoparticles and their supramolecules, including wrapped poly[bis(triiso-propylsilylethynyl) benzodithiophene-bis(decyltetradecyl-thien) naphthobisthiadiazole] (PBDT-TIPS-DTNT-DT)/GQD and wrapped PBDT-TIPS-DTNT-DT/CQD nanostructures, were prepared and employed in CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite solar cells. All positive features of wrapped nano-hybrids had a synergetic effect on photovoltaic features. Owing to more mature configuration of GQD-based wrapped supramolecules, somewhat better results were obtained compared to CQD-based nanoparticles.
