Целью настоящего исследования является теоретико-правовой анализ оценки достаточности доказательств по отношению к установлению различных оснований прекращения уголовного дела. В статье обращается внимание на важность оценки достаточности доказательств как основы для принятия законного и обоснованного решения по делу. Обращается внимание на различие в объеме достаточности доказательств в зависимости от основания прекращения уголовного дела. Методологическую основу настоящей работы составляет совокупность общенаучных и частнонаучных методов научного познания, позволяющих автору достичь поставленных в настоящем исследовании целей и задач. В качестве вывода предлагается авторское определение достаточности доказательств и обосновывается необходимость корректировки уголовно-процессуального закона (ст. 213 УПК РФ). Given the importance of the investigator's procedural decision to terminate a criminal case, the article examines issues related to the final stage of assessment of evidence, which consists of determining its sufficiency. The purpose of this study is a theoretical and legal analysis of the essence of the assessment of sufficiency of evidence in relation to the establishment of various grounds for termination of a criminal case. The article draws attention to the importance of assessing the sufficiency of evidence as a basis for making a legal and reasonable decision on the case. Attention is drawn to the difference in the scope of sufficiency of evidence depending on the grounds for termination of a criminal case. The methodological basis of this work is a set of general scientific and particular scientific methods of scientific knowledge, allowing the author to achieve the goals and objectives set in this study. As a conclusion the author's definition of sufficiency of evidence is offered and the necessity to adjust the law of criminal procedure (Article 213 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation) is substantiated." @default.
