- W4386854310 abstract "近年，都市部の浸水や河川の氾濫，土砂災害といった被害が甚大化する事例が相次ぎ，水害へのさらなる対策強化が求められている．その一方で，国土交通省および都道府県が定める浸水想定区域において，人口や世帯数が全国的に増加している．多くの都市で，災害リスクを避け都市機能を集約させるといった，都市計画マスタープランが立案されているにもかかわらず，適切に機能していないと考えられる．そこで，近年になって浸水被害を経験した地域の地価や人口・世帯数などに着目し，水害の経験や浸水想定が及ぼした影響を，DID分析を用いて検証した．その結果，浸水被害は人口や地価に対して正の効果をもたらしており，水害の経験が必ずしも地域の人口の減少や地価の低下につながらず，増加する影響を与えていることが示された．" @default.
