- W4386854328 abstract "爪病変の診断や評価には，正常な解剖学的構造の理解やそれらの大きさの情報が必要であるが，これまで，足趾爪甲を爪床上で正確に計測した報告はない．本研究は，超音波診断装置を用いた水浸法による足趾爪甲の描出方法と計測方法の有用性と妥当性を検討した．爪病変のない対象者に対して，超音波検査用ゼリーを塗布した場合と水を超音波伝達媒体とする水浸法の超音波画像を比較した．また，水中での時間経過に伴う爪甲の厚さを計測した．さらに，20歳代と40歳代以上の足趾爪甲の厚さ，高さ，幅，爪高指数を比較した．その結果，水浸法にはアーチファクトは認められず，爪甲を鮮明に描出した．また，水中に浸けた爪甲の厚さの変化量は0 mmであり，有意差は認められなかった．さらに，20歳代と40歳代以上の爪甲の厚さ，高さ，爪高指数には有意差が認められた．以上のことから，本手法は爪甲の構造を鮮明に画像化し，爪甲の計測と評価が可能であることが認められた．" @default.
