Данная тематика является весьма актуальной в виду того, что в настоящее время в мире завершается, продолжающаяся более 3 лет, пандемия НКИ. Интерес к данной тематике обусловлен не только высокой вирулентностью нового вируса и способностью его в короткие сроки вызывать угрожающие жизни человека состояния, но и наличием возникновения впоследствии множества всевозможных осложнений, способных вызвать развитие новых острых и хронических патологий. Целью исследования стала попытка провести сравнительный анализ особенностей течения НКИ у пациентов, заразившихся в стационаре и оценить влияние на патологический процесс сопутствующей антибиотикотерапии. Объектами ретроспективного исследования послужило 400 пациентов, обоего пола, находящихся на лечении в БУЗ ВО ВОКБ №1. Все они были разделены на 2 группы по 200 человек: в 1 группу вошли пациенты терапевтических, а во 2 группу - хирургических отделений. В дальнейшем все пациенты каждой группы были разделены на 2 подгруппы по 100 человек: в 1 подгруппу каждой группы вошли пациенты, не получающие антибиотики до и после установления им диагноза НКИ, во 2 подгруппу каждой группы – пациенты получающие антибиотики, как до установления диагноза НКИ, так и после этого. В исследовании проводился анализ полового и возрастного состава пациентов, а также изучалось их «отношение» к определенным отделениям по лечебному профилю; анализировались основные лабораторные показатели общего и биохимического состава крови пациентов; проводился анализ частоты выраженности основных клинических симптомов; изучали тяжесть течения заболевания с помощью КТ легких, учитывая процент поражения ткани в зависимости от наличия или отсутствия сопутствующей антибиотикотерапии. В результате были установлены основные различия в показателях общего и биохимического состава крови пациентов, определены различия клинического течения и выраженности симптомов в зависимости от профиля пациентов и наличия сопутствующей антибиотикотерапии. Полученные данные позволяют судить о важности назначения антибиотикотерапии при заболевании НКИ - как о факторе помогающего избежать ухудшения состояния и предупредить развитие осложнений The article is devoted to the study of the features of the course of a new coronovirus infection COVID-19 (NCI), in patients whose infection with NCI occurred in a hospital. This topic is very relevant in view of the fact that the NCI pandemic, which has been lasting for more than 3 years, is currently ending in the world. The interest in this topic is due not only to the high virulence of the new virus and its ability to cause life-threatening conditions in a short time, but also to the occurrence of a multitude of various complications that can cause the development of new acute and chronic pathologies. The aim of the study was an attempt to conduct a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the course of NCI in patients who became infected in a hospital and to evaluate the impact of concomitant antibiotic therapy on the pathological process. The objects of a retrospective study were 400 patients, of both sexes, who are being treated at the BUZ VO VOKB № 1. All of them were divided into 2 groups of 200 people: group 1 included patients of therapeutic departments, and group 2 - surgical departments. Subsequently, all patients of each group were divided into 2 subgroups of 100 people: the 1st subgroup of each group included patients who did not receive antibiotics before and after the diagnosis of NCI, the 2nd subgroup of each group included patients receiving antibiotics, both before the diagnosis of NCI, and after that. The study analyzed the gender and age composition of patients, and also studied their attitude to certain departments according to the treatment profile; the main laboratory indicators of the general and biochemical composition of the blood of patients were analyzed; an analysis was made of the frequency of severity of the main clinical symptoms; studied the severity of the course of the disease using CT of the lungs, taking into account the percentage of tissue damage, depending on the presence or absence of concomitant antibiotic therapy. As a result, the main differences in the indicators of the general and biochemical composition of the blood of patients were established, differences in the clinical course and severity of symptoms were determined depending on the profile of patients and the presence of concomitant antibiotic therapy. The data obtained make it possible to judge the importance of prescribing antibiotic therapy for NCI disease as a factor helping to avoid deterioration of the condition and prevent the development of complications" @default.
