- W4386988404 abstract "The article deals with the problem of improving psychological training, reflecting the current requirements for the performance of law enforcement officers in the conditions of information and psychological counteraction in the provision of mass events. It is noted that these conditions are associated with an increased level of tension, have a manipulative, provocative nature, which directly affects the psycho-emotional and physical condition of employees. In order to optimize the psychological training of police officers and improve the efficiency of our activities, we have analyzed the methods and techniques of information and psychological impact of the opposing side. The results of a pilot study are presented, on the basis of which the actual needs of students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the process of psychological preparation for service to ensure the protection of public order and public safety are identified. In conclusion, on the basis of the analysis, the structure of psychological training of police officers for the conditions under consideration is proposed, which includes three components of activity: emotional, behavioral and cognitive. The content of the components is disclosed, according to which a list of psychological work activities is presented." @default.
