This study summarizes research related to the comorbidity between HBV and NCDs, discussing the aging of the HBV-infected population, the mechanisms, prevalence, and management of this comorbidity. This study provides insights into potential directions for future research on the comorbidity between HBV and NCDs and aims to provide a basis for further research and the development of prevention and treatment strategies for the comorbidity of NCDs among HBV-infected individuals in China.随着乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）新发感染的减少和感染者期望寿命延长，HBV感染者群体呈现快速老龄化的趋势，感染者共患慢性非传染性疾病（NCDs）的风险增加。本文通过对HBV感染和NCDs共病的相关研究进行综述，探讨了HBV感染者的老龄化情况及共患NCDs的机制、流行情况和共病患者的管理等，提出了未来HBV感染和NCDs共病相关研究的方向，以期为我国HBV感染者共患NCDs的进一步研究以及防治策略制定提供依据。." @default.
