This work aims to show eco-innovations state of the art through a bibliometric analysis, identifying its progress in the business, political, social, and environmental fields through a cross-sectional visualization of the literature from 1996-2022. Documents were extracted from the Web of Science and Scopus databases, totaling 3939; These were filtered and analyzed in Tableau, Sci-Mat and VOSviewer software. The results indicate that it has been a growing topic since the year 2000, identifying principal authors, countries, and journals and their relationship in the business, social, political, and environmental fields, as well as its influence on emerging research topics such as circular economy, environmental economy, life cycle, eco-efficiency, energy efficiency, environmental management, among others." @default.
