- W4387090501 abstract "In recent years, with the continuous growth of wind turbine capacity in China, the wind power generation has become the third largest power generation source after thermal power and hydropower. Since most of the wind turbines are installed in areas with cold climate and harsh natural conditions, when the blades are partially covered by different types of ice, the output power efficiency of the wind turbines will suddenly decrease due to the change of aerodynamic shape. In severe cases, power generation will be stopped. In this case, the safety of the power grid will be threatened directly. So various power generation units and manufacturers of wind turbine have established deicing systems of wind turbine blades to eliminate the impact of blade icing. Due to the different technical routes of each wind farmer, the detection equipment and data transmission protocols of the deicing systems are different, resulting in the problem of information islands. In order to eliminate the information islands of the deicing systems and realize the interconnection and regional coordination of different deicing systems. This paper proposed a new deicing systems of wind turbine blades based on polymorphic intelligent network architecture. Experimental results show that compared with the existing deicing systems, the proposed method realized convenient switching between centralized control monitoring systems and subsystem monitoring systems of different systems, and can protect the blades from freezing efficiently." @default.
