- W4387193651 abstract "The Voltage Level Shifter is used for changing the signal's voltage domain. A voltage range with a single voltage domain, differ from a voltage range in another voltage domain. When a chip operates in various voltage domains, this is necessary. In an electrical circuit, a logic-level shifter changes the voltage or logic level. Compatibility between ICs with different voltage needs, such as CMOS and TTL, is created thanks to logic shifters. In order to reduce power dissipation, two times the supplied voltage approach is widely used in today’s VLSI architecture. To convert small voltages to large voltages, level shifters come in handy. Using a level shifter, the Wilson current mirror was demonstrated with low power, high-efficiency in changing levels. Cadence Virtuoso and 180nm technologies were used to implement the recommended design. It changes input signal ranges between 50 mV and around 1 V at result with a single WCMLS. The proposed design could be implemented in Cadence Virtuoso and 45nm technologies, using Dual Wilson Current Mirror resulting in changing input signal as down as 0.5 V to around 1.8 V as result, decreasing latency and power consumption with high-efficiency." @default.
