Đề xuất Yêu cầu kỹ thuật người dùng (User Requirement Specifications - URS); thiết kế giao diện phần mềm bằng MS Power Point 2016. Đánh giá cài đặt và vận hành dựa trên URS đề xuất và cơ sở dữ liệu (CSDL) thực tế. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu ghi nhận các hạn chế và nhu cầu trong GSKĐ trên phần mềm kê đơn điện tử của hai bệnh viện. Đề xuất được yêu cầu kỹ thuật và thiết kế giao diện cụ thể cho phần mềm Phasolpro GSKĐ 1.0. Phần mềm được phát triển và triển khai trong năm 2020 - 2021, cho phép tra cứu phác đồ điều trị theo mã ICD - 10 hoặc hoạt chất, tra cứu tương tác thuốc đơn và đa, cảnh báo và xem thông tin chi tiết nếu đơn thuốc có vấn đề về phác đồ điều trị hoặc tương tác thuốc. Kết quả đánh giá phần mềm về cài đặt và vận hành đều phù hợp với URS đặt ra. Phần mềm được thử nghiệm đạt yêu cầu với CSDL 1.000 đơn thuốc thực tế. Kết luận: Phần mềm Phasolpro GSKĐ 1.0 đáp ứng các yêu cầu kỹ thuật đề ra. Chức năng chính GSKĐ hoạt động hiệu quả, giúp giảm thiểu sai sót trong quá trình kê đơn. Abstract Introduction: Nowaday, most hospitals have deployed prescribing software to improve healthcare’s efficiency. However, the application of information technology (IT) in prescriptions supervising (PS) for treatment regimen and drug interaction is still limited. Material and Methods: Legal documents and documents related to drug prescriptions and PS. This research surveys the landscape and demand of IT application in PS at Children’s Hospital 2 and Cu Chi Regional General Hospital; proposes User Requirement Specifications (URS); designs the software’s interfaces using MS Power Point 2016. The installation and operation validation of the software are based on the proposed URS and actual database. Results: The research recorded the limitation and demand of PS on both hospitals’ prescribing softwares, proposed URS and designed interfaces for the Phasolpro GSKD 1.0 software. The software was developed and deployed in 2020 - 2021, withmain functions: regimens lookup using ICD - 10 code or active ingredient; single and multiple drug interaction checker; warnings when regimen is not followed or drug interaction - related problems detected in the prescription. Software validation on installation and operation was compatible with the URS. Software verification on 1.000 real prescriptions has met all the requirements. Conclusion: The software Phasolpro GSKĐ 1.0 was developed and met the proposed URS. The main functions, PS, operate effectively and help lessen errors in prescribing process." @default.
