Данный указ изложен в тринадцати пунктах прошения католикоса Акопа Шамахеци. Четыре документа названной коллекции дополняют историю монастыря Святого Степанноса в Дарашамбе, оказавшегося в тяжелом положении после эмиграции местного армянского населения в 1828—1829 гг. Доку- менты, составленные в шариатском суде, отразили довольно сложный процесс приобретения села Дарашамб в качестве вакуфного имущества данного монастыря при содействии наследного принца Аббаса Мирзы — правителя региона. В статье представлены также аннотации всех известных нам 17-и персидских документов, хранящихся в архиве Святого Престола. The article considers the historical value of some Persian documents kept in the archive of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, the links between these documents and the ones kept in the Archive of the Catholicosate kept in the Matenadaran. The decrees of the Safavid Shahs Abbas II and Tahmasb II are among those considered in the article. The decree of Huseyn Khan of Yerevan dated 1760 and the confi rmation of the rights and privileges of Holy Etchmiadzin, mentioned in 13 points of the petition of Catholicos Hakob Shamakhetsi, is of great importance for the history of the Armenian Church. Four documents of the collection refer to the history of St. Stepannos Monastery and supplement it. The state of the monastery was very hard after the migration of local Armenians in 1828—1829. The documents composed in Shari‘yya court have refl ected the compound process of the establishment of the village of Darashamb as vaqf property of the monastery through the assistance of crown prince Abbas Mirza. The article contains also the list of annotations of 17 Persian documents, known to us, and kept in the archive of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin." @default.
