- W4387607225 abstract "Compared to organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QDLEDs) perform better in terms of color saturation and preparation cost, thanks to the excellent optoelectronic properties of QDs, their high stability, and the fact that they can be prepared by the solution method at low cost. As a result, QDLEDs have great potential to become the next generation of wide-color gamut display devices for applications. Much work has therefore been carried out to improve red, Green, and blue trichromatic QDLEDs. This chapter provides some constructive ideas and directions for the future development of green QDLEDs. The device structure of QDLEDs is typically a “sandwich” structure, similar to that of OLEDs, consisting of an electrode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an emission layer for QDs, and an electron transport layer. Factors affecting the photovoltaic performance of green QDLEDs can be grouped into two main categories: materials and device structure." @default.
