- W44261752 abstract "A palyazat negy eve alatt alma, cseresznye, meggy, szilva, kajszi es őszibarack fajtak eseteben ertekeltuk a gyumolcsminőseget befolyasolo fajtatulajdonsagokat es az azt befolyasolo időjarasi tenyezőket. Tudomanyos eredmenyek: Magyarorszagon uj fajtak gyumolcstulajdonsagainak leirasa. Bizonyitottuk a meggyfajtak magas antocianin tartalmat es antioxidans kapacitasat. Bizonyitottuk, hogy a Magyarorszagon termett gyumolcs (meggy) magasabb beltartalmi ertekekkel rendelkezik, mint a kulfoldi. Alma es meggy eseteben leirtuk a minőseget meghatarozo tulajdonsagok (meret, szineződes, szarazanyag-tartalom, savtartalom) es a meteorologiai tenyezők kozotti osszefuggest. Bizonyitottuk a hűtő ontozes kedvező hatasat a gyumolcs meretere es szineződesere. Meghataroztuk a Magyarorszagon termesztett almafajtak napeges erzekenyseget. Gyakorlatban hasznosithato eredmenyek: Kiemeltuk es termesztesre javasoltuk a legujabb fajtak kozul a kivalo gyumolcstulajdonsagokkal rendelkező alma, cseresznye, meggy, szilva es kajszi fajtakat. Fajonkent megadtuk a szureti időpont megallapitasara alkalmas objektiv modszereket. Kedvező gyumolcsminőseget biztosito alma es cseresznye alany/nemes kombinaciokat hataroztunk meg. Jellemeztuk az alma es cseresznye fajtak repedes erzekenyseget. | During the four-year-period of the project, the causal relation of fruit quality and weather has been studied in apple, sweet and sour cherry, plum, apricot and peach varieties. Scientific results: Fruit characteristics of varieties new for Hungary have been described. Proofs are presented referring to the high anthocyanin content and antioxidant capacity of sour cherry varieties. Proofs are presented on the high nutritional qualities of fruits (especially sour cherries) grown in Hungary. Fruit quality is dependent on meteorological factors in apple and sour cherry. The properties examined included fruit size, colour, soluble solids and acidity. Proofs have been produced on the beneficial effects of irrigation administered to cool the temperature of the fruit. We scored the relative susceptibility to sun burn of apple varieties grown in Hungary. Results, which could be utilised in production: New varieties have been rated and scion/rootstock combinations with excellent quality recommended for production in apple, sweet and sour cherry, plum and apricot. For every variety, objective methods are recommended for determining the optimal harvest time. For apple and sweet cherry, scion/stock combinations producing high quality fruit are recommended. Relative susceptibility to bursting of ripe fruits has been determined in the same varieties and scion/rootstock combinations, respectively." @default.
