Dy1-xSmxFe10Si2alasimlarinda Sm miktarinin artmasi ile kristal yapida bir degisiklik olmamaktadir ancak, c orgu parametresi sabit kalirken a orgu parametresi ve birim hucre hacmi V’de artis gozlenmektedir.Dy1-xSmxFe10Si2 alasimlarinda x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 degerleri icin spin yeniden duzenlenme sicakligi gozlenmistir. Spin yeniden duzenlenme sicakligi, Sm miktarinin artmasi ile azalmakta, x > 0.4 icin gozlenmemektedir. Alasimda Sm miktarinin artmasi ile Curie sicakliginin arttigi gozlenmektedir. Miknatislanmanin sicakliga bagli grafiklerinden Sm miktarinin artmasi ile alasimin ferrimanyetik yapidan ferromanyetik yapiya gectigi gozlenmistir.AbstractThe crystal structure and the magnetic properties of Dy1-xSmxFe10Si2 intermetallic compounds with x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 1.0 have been investigated by x-ray powder diffraction method and magnetic measurements. X-ray powder diffraction patterns of compounds were taken by a Rigaku D-Max 2200 Model powder diffractometer equipped with CuKa radiation and magnetic measurements were made by using Physical Properties Measurement System for low temperature, Vibrating Sample Magnetometry (VSM) for high temperature.The X-ray patterns of the Dy1-xSmxFe10Si2 compounds show that they crystallize in the ThMn12 – type tetragonal structure in space group I/4 mmm. Crystal structure doesn’t change with increasing Sm amount but leads to an increase in the lattice parameter a and the unit cell volume V while the lattice parameter c, remains constant in Dy1- xSmxFe10Si2 alloys.The spin reorientation temperatures were observed in Dy1-xSmxFe10Si2 intermetallic compounds for x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4. The spin reorientation temperature was decreased and was not observed for x > 0.4 with increasing Sm amount. The Curie temperature with the increase of Sm amount was increased in Dy1-xSmxFe10Si2 compounds. Transition was observed which from ferrimagnetic structure to ferromagnetic structure with increasing Sm amount from the temperature dependence of magnetization curves." @default.
