- W46786957 abstract "1995年に九州西部に位置する羊角湾において無殻渦鞭毛藻(不明種)の赤潮が発生した。赤潮発生期に,湾内で現場調査を行い,発生時の環境条件と魚類に対する毒性について知見を得た。原因生物は長さ25～32μm,幅20～30μmの無殻渦鞭毛藻であり,下錐右葉が左葉に比して常に長いのが特徴であった。形態学的特徴からGyrodinium sp.であると判断された。本種の赤潮が本邦で確認されたのは初めてである。発生時の水温および塩分はそれぞれ25.4～30.5℃,31.22～33.65psuの範囲にあった。赤潮発生直前に多量の降雨と陸上からの栄養塩の供給が見られた。赤潮発生海域ではトラフグとアコヤガイの養殖が行われていたが,漁業被害は発生しなかった。赤潮海水(5,370cells/mL)にマダイの稚魚を暴露したが,60時間以内に斃死も苦悶も全く観察されなかった。" @default.
