Tek degiskenli kalibrasyon tekniginde 7 farkli dalga boyunda, cok degiskenli kalibrasyon tekniginde ise 129 farkli dalga boyunda calisilmistir. Kalibrasyon cozeltilerinin capraz validasyonu sonucunda, cok degiskenli kalibrasyon tekniklerinden PLS1’in en iyi yontem oldugu belirlenmistir. Sentetik karisimlardan elde edilen % geri kazanim sonuclari tek degiskenli kalibrasyon tekniginde; Cu, Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Mn ve Zn icin sirasiyla; 139,77; 126,92; 103,99; 69,10; 134,16; 124,19 ve 171,77; PLS1 yonteminde ise sirasiyla; 106,67; 99,75; 94,21; 95,54; 95,02; 99,00 ve 106,78 olarak bulunmustur. %95 ve % 99 guven seviyesindeki t- testi sonucunda tek degiskenli kalibrasyon ile PLS1 yontemi arasinda anlamli bir fark oldugu bulunmus ve ICP-OES icin PLS1yonteminin daha uygun bir yontem oldugu belirlenmistir. Abstract In this study, some of the macro (Ca, K ve Mg) and micro (Cu, Fe, Mn ve Zn) elements found in plants using ICP-OES device, the determination of the application of multivariate calibration techniques (CLS, PCR and PLS1) and the results obtained by this method is to compare the results of the univariate calibration techniques. Leaf samples were prepared by wet digestion method using H2SO4 and H2O2. Determinaton of Cu, Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Mn ve Zn by ICP-OES method were checked with reference standard peach leaves (NIST 1547). As the univariate calibration technique was studied at 7 different wavelengts, multivariate calibration technique was studied at 129 different wavelengts . As a result of cross-validation of the calibration solutions, multivariate calibration techniques were the best, PLS1. The results of obtained from the % recovery of synthetic mixtures of univariate calibration technique for Cu, Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Mn and Zn were139,77; 126,92; 103,99; 69,10; 134,16; 124,19 and 171,77 and at the PLS1 method 106,67; 99,75; 94,21; 95,54; 95,02; 99,00 and 106,78 respectively. As a result of student t-test at confidence level of 95% or 99%, significant differences were found between univariate calibration method and PLS1 and the PLS1 metod was determined as a suitable metod for ICP-OES." @default.
