Including experience value with, story/history,norm and belief with distinguishing justice.Keywords is factors, justice performance, civildispute, district court.Tulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kritik-kritikdi masyarakat terhadap kinerja lembaga peradilan yangkurang mampu menegakkan hukum dan keadilan akibatsistem dan struktur peradilan, dan terjadinya praktekpraktekyang diistilahkan sebagai mafia peradilan,disamping masih berlakunya aturan hukum peninggalanjaman Belanda. Sehingga tulisan ini membahas tentang“Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengadilandalam proses penyelesaian perkara perdata di pengadilannegeri.”Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan yuridissosiologis, adapun metode yang dipakai metodepenelitian yuridis kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dariwarga pengadilan dan dokumen. Metode observasi yangdipakai adalah pengamatan terlibat, yakni penelitimenjalankan hal-hal yang dilakukan subyek penelitian.Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metodekualitatif.Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis terhadapfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengadilandalam proses penyelesaian perkara perdata di pengadilannegeri diketahui bahwa faktor itu :Pertama, hukum acaraperdata. Dimulai dari persiapan sidang, penetapan harisidang, panggilan para pihak, persidangan, berita acarasidang, rapat musyawarah, hingga putusan; Kedua,administrasi perkara. Mengenai proses berkas perkaraagar dapat disidangkan dan diputus, termasuk juga biayaperkara; ketiga, budaya pengadilan. Dibentuk olehindividu-individu warga pengadilan, kode etik profesihakim, gaji, struktur pengadilan dan cara wargapengadilan melaksanakannya. Mencakup nilai pengalamanbersama, cerita/sejarah, kepercayaan dan norma bersamayang mencirikan pengadilan." @default.
