• W56228421 abstract "摘要 众所周知,家庭参与是高品质幼儿保教和教育(幼教)的一项重要组成部分。 然而大多数提高家庭参与的努力都集中在对师资的培训上,卫生医疗研究提供的 有力证据表明:组织环境(Organizational Context) 是“客户—专业人员”关系质量 的决定性因素。然而在儿童保教中,组织环境在提高机构效率和保教质量中的重 要性大大地被研究人员和政府所忽略。本文通过对四个参与了某州“强化家庭”计 划的幼教机构进行调查,研究了机构的组织环境对家庭参与质量的影响,并把“关 系官僚”的组织结构体系当作影响正规儿童保教机构中高品质家庭参与的决定性 因素。结果表明:(1)“关系官僚”的组织环境与高品质家庭参与联系紧密;(2)“传 统官僚”的机构则与低质量的家庭参与有密切关系。“关系官僚”机构有一些突出特 点,如其管理者在机构中能示范和支持相互关怀和有互有回应的员工关系;使用 明确的组织结构及运作程序来促进关怀和互有回应的职业作风。结果显示,以关 系为中心的组织结构体系是有效的家庭参与的重要部分,并且也给政府工作和实 践提供了重要的启示。" @default.
